"My yoga practice with Mimi started many years ago at St.Joseph's. At the time my doc told me that I was a few years away from a knee replacement. Well, the joint is still doing fine, with no pain due to my yoga. The big news came yesterday when Dr.Busconi was blown away with amount of movement that my right shoulder has, with the massive damage from a blown rotator cuff. He said that surgery would not give me any more function, and actually do more damage. But, the reason I can do what I do is because of my yoga. Thank you Mimi! He was surprised how I could do eagle.
