What I provide: a few yoga mats, straps, yoga blocks and music. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat for sanitary reasons. I do wipe down my mats, but it's cleaner to have your own mat.
What you provide: a clean room large enough for the group intended. Large open conference room. Chairs should be accessible if a participant would like to practice "chair yoga".
Description of the class: This class is tailored to fit your employees needs/time and is suitable for just about anyone. Some participants can even use chairs if their mobility is limited. The class is designed based on the participants who attend. Classes can be offered one time as a special treat to your employees, weekly or monthly. This can be done as "lunch-time" yoga, "yoga workshops" or "Alive after Five" in the workplace. No religion is incorporated in this yoga. It is to simply to de-stress and rejuvenate your employees.
